The next icon with the search is the “Personas” icon.
Personas are fictional characters, which are created based upon your research in order to represent the different user types that might use service, product, site, or brand in a similar way. Creating personas will help to understand users’ needs, experiences, behaviors and goals. It can help you to recognize that different people have different needs and expectations, and it can also help you to identify with the user you’re designing for. Personas are displayed in the list and new persona can be created by clicking on the “NEW” button above the list of personas.
The Peronas are of two types. One is “Project-based” & the other one is “Global personas”.
