Event is a task on Scheduler which is not Jira issue and not included into the schedule time.
To plan an event you can open planning dialog and select Event tab

Start time and end time
Teams: Select team and add all its members into the event
Guests: Select single users and add to the event
Marker color: the color of will display on the scheduler

Hover over the event to edit/delete it

Once the event is created you can log time for it in Timelog

Start Time and End Time: The duration of the event.
Teams: If the event involves entire teams, select the team and automatically include all its members in the event.
Guests: For events that include specific individuals rather than whole teams, select and add single users as guests.
Marker Color: Choose a color that will represent your event on the scheduler, making it easily distinguishable.

Edit/Delete an Event
To make changes or remove an event, simply hover over the event on your scheduler. Options to edit or delete will be available, allowing for easy management of event details.
