2. Report View
Report Overview Type:
You can customize the report view types by:
Approved / Pending / Rejected Timelogs: Show time logs status
Capacity vs Scheduled: Show capacity and scheduled time bars
Scheduled vs Logged: Show scheduled and logged time bars
Weeks / Months: The time range of these metrics
TimePlanner supports 2 options to view the Report: Flat view and Hierarchy view
Flat View:
Flat view provides you with detailed statistics reports for Members, Projects, Tasks, or Time Off
Members:
Display reports for specific team members based on their capacity hours, scheduled tasks, logged time, and workload insights.
Projects:
Show reports for each project, detailing the total time scheduled, time logged, and the variance between the two.
Hierarchy View:
This view allows users to gain deeper insights into all work logs into your projects, tasks, and author with the new hierarchy view in reports.
You can also drag and drop to reorder the groups in the hierarchy view.
The “Scheduled Time” button allows users to compare logged time against scheduled time.
Report View
From version 1.2.11-AC for Cloud and 2.3.0 for Server you can save the current report condition as View for future usage.
Select the view from views list
When filter conditions changed a button to save view appear allow you so save to current view or create a new one
