Leave Details

Descriptions

Label

Present the name or category of the leave type

Description

As default settings, there are 4 main leave types available: Paid Leave, Unpaid Leave, Sick Leave, and Other and you may customize them.

Pay Percentage

This indicates the portion of an employee's salary that will be paid during the leave period.

Allocation target

Indicates which employees or groups are eligible for each leave type. "Yes" means the leave type is allocated to employees.

To add a new Leave type, click on the Add new button.

→ Enter the leave details, including the Leave Name, Description, Pay Percentage, and enable the Allocation Target if needed → Click on Screenshot 2024-10-15 at 17.23.23.png to complete.

Default leave types cannot be removed. And only newly added leave types can be deleted.

Tool Tips:

  • Enable leave approval workflow: If checked all leave requests go through the approval process. If not user can plan time off directly in the Schedule without sending a request for approval.

  • Allocation days: Number of days allocated per year.

  • Allow accumulation: Checked this will allow the system to accumulate the number of remaining days from the previous year to the current year.

  • Maximum accumulated days: Maximum number of days can be accumulated to next year

  • Other allocations: Create some special allocation and assign it to someone. These special allocations will ignore system settings to apply for assignees.

  • Leave types: Manage and create leave type. The user can see all types in of leave request creatingcreation.
