An event in the Schedule board is a task that is not a Jira issue and is not included in the scheduled time. |
To create an event: On the schedule board, click on the specific date to open the planning dialog |
> select the 'Events' tab |
> Fill in all mandatory fields (*) |
> click on the Add button. | |
Create an event:
Edit or Delete: To edit/delete an event, simply hover over it.
Event Marker Color
App administrators can set the default event marker color under the 'General Settings' tab
Event Reminder:
With our event reminders, you’ll never miss a beat. When setting up an event, you can now schedule reminders for all participants, keeping everyone on track.
Simply choose a start time and set the reminder interval, so everyone receives timely alerts about the event.
