Import Tasks into Timeline/Gantt from File
If you have a complex project in MS Project. Instead of recreating it manually in an existing project planned outside of Jira and want to manage it in TeamBoard ProScheduler, you simply can easily import the file , and your Gantt chart is instantly populated with all your instead of manually recreating the project. Your Timeline and Gantt chart will automatically populate with all the project details.
Allows We allow users to directly import MS Project files (file in formats : such as .mpp, .mpt) , .csv, .xls, and .xlsx into ProScheduler’s Timeline and Gantt charts, streamlining the transition between project management tools. To proceed, follow these steps:
Go to TeamBoard and navigate to the Timeline or Gantt tab.
Click on the "Import " button icon” located at the top right corner.

Tasks to File from Timeline/Gantt
The export feature offers a customizable column selection, enabling you to include only the relevant data in your spreadsheet.
Click on the "export" button. A dialog box will appear with a list of available columns.
Choose the columns you want to include in your Spreadsheet.
Click the "Export" button to generate the file.

Please note: To export the desired columns to your spreadsheet, you must add those columns to the left pane of the Timeline/Gantt chart before exporting.
