Status Types

How to Customize Status Labels

Step 1: Access the Status Labels Setting.

  1. Navigate to the Settings section.

  2. Look for the Status Labels option in the settings menu and click on it.

  3. Click on image-20241203-042137.png to initiate the process.

Step 2: Modify the Labels

  1. Enter the desired name for each status label according to how you want it to appear in your organization.

  2. You will see a list of the four fixed statuses: Deployable, Undeployable, Pending, and Archived.

    • Example Customizations:

      • Deployable → "Available for Checkout"

      • Undeployable → "In-use"

      • Pending → "Waiting for Approval"

      • Archived → "Retired"

  3. Once you’ve made the changes, click the Save or Apply button to save the customized labels.

Step 3: View Your Custom Labels in Action

After saving, return to your asset list or asset details page. You will now see the updated status labels reflected wherever asset statuses are displayed.
