To create a new Generic Resource, please follow the below methods:
1. Create directly in a Specific Team
Go to the Team page → Click on your specific team name to open the Teamboard
In the Team Board view, click the Generic Resource button.
Click +Create to add a new Generic Resource.
Fill in the Name (required) and Skills (optional) → Click Add to finalize the creation.
