How to Create a Generic Resource
1. Creating a New Generic Resource
To create a new Generic Resource, please follow the below methods:
Go to your specific Project or Program in TeamBoard

Access to the Resource tab from the board → Select Generic Resources from the dropdown menu.

Use the search bar named ‘Search or create generic resource’
To create a new generic resource, type a unique name for the resource in the search bar.
Press Enter to complete the creation.

Assign the Resource (Optional):
Once the resource is created, you can assign it to groups as needed.
In the Groups section, you can add resources to existing groups or create a new group.
Click the "+" button next to the group name to add generic resources
Then confirm the addition.

How to Edit or Delete a Generic Resource
To edit or delete a Generic Resource from the system → go to the Generic Resources tab, find the resource you want to modify, and click the three-dot menu (•••).

Select Delete from the dropdown menu → Find the Generic Resource you want to delete → Click the X icon to initiate the deletion process.

Delete: Permanently delete the generic resource without reassigning tasks.
Discard: Cancel the deletion process.
