Please note that when mapping date fields to Jira date fields is enabled, the app follows Jira’s specs, and some advanced features such as scheduling tasks multiple times or planning one task for many users adheres to Jira's specifications. As a result, advanced features like scheduling a task multiple times for different users or planning recurring tasks are not supported. |
From Jira go to Apps → TeamBoard TimePlanner → Settings → Date Fields Mapping
Search the project name.
Select the project you want to configure in the dropdown list, and then the same configuration with project board settings appears and you can map the fields.

Toggle ON the “Map dates with Jira fields” button

Select the Jira fields you want to map to the Start date and End date.
