If you have an existing project planned outside of Jira and want to manage it in TeamBoard ProScheduler, you can easily import the file instead of manually recreating the project. Your Timeline and Gantt chart will automatically populate with all the project details.
We allow users to directly import files in formats such as .mpp, .mpt, .csv, .xls, and .xlsx into ProScheduler’s Timeline and Gantt charts, streamlining the transition between project management tools.
To proceed, follow these the steps below (Please note: Only App Admin and Board Admin have permission to import)
1. Go to TeamBoard and navigate to the Timeline or Gantt tab

Select a project you want to import.

Export Tasks to File from Timeline/Gantt
The export feature offers a customizable column selection, enabling you to include only the relevant data in your spreadsheet.
Click on the "exportExport" button. A dialog box will appear with a list of available columns.
Choose the columns you want to include in your Spreadsheet.
Click the "Export" button to generate the file.
Please note: To export the desired columns to your spreadsheet, you must add those columns to the left pane of the Timeline/Gantt chart before exporting.
