2. Permissions for valid actions on Generic Resources
Since Generic Resource has a scope at project level, so all the members belong to Project Board or Program Board has fully permissions Members who have Schedule Issues, Edit Issues, and Assign Issues permissions are able to create, update, unplan and reassign tasks from generic resources.
