Go to your specific Project or Program in TeamBoard
Access the Resource tab from the board → Select Generic Resources from the dropdown menu.

Use the search bar named ‘Search or create ‘Create generic resource’
To create a new generic resource, type a unique name for the resource in the search bar.
Press Enter to complete the creation.

Find the Generic Resource you want to delete → Click the X icon to initiate the deletion process.

When deleting a Generic Resource, you will be prompted to choose from the following options:
Reassign: Select a new assignee to transfer any tasks currently assigned to the generic resource (Refer to this guide to explore Reassign Tasks from Generic Resources to Members)
Delete: Permanently delete the generic resource without reassigning tasks.
Discard: Cancel the deletion process.
