Vacation requests which were sent to the user to approve are listed in Vacation → Vacation Approvals
The Vacation approval has following statuses
Pending: The amount of requests which are waiting for approval.
Rejected: The amount of requests which were rejected
Accepted: The amount of requests which were approved
The approver can see request detail, and also reject or approve them. Once the vacation request is approved, a vacation time log is generated accordingly. And the schedule board also displays them like:
