Confluence 1.3.1-AC

We are excited to introduce the latest release of LeanBoard for Confluence. It includes two new features and other improvements, bug fixes to enhance your experience.

New features

Added new templates

  • Mad Sad Glad is a popular technique for examining your team members emotions and encouraging them to think about how they feel. You can use the retrospective to highlight the positive feelings your team might have after a Sprint, but also to underline concerns or questions they might have going forward.

  • An Affinity Diagram, also known as the KJ Method (named after its creator, Jiro Kawakita), is a technique used to organize and categorize a large number of ideas, issues, or pieces of information into related groups. It is often used in brainstorming sessions, problem-solving workshops, and during retrospectives in Agile practices.

  • A customer journey map (CJM) or user journey map is a visual overview of how your customer experiences your product or service. Customers are the lifeblood of your business, so it is crucial that you empathize with their pain points, wants, and needs so you can design a customer experience with them in mind.

  • An agenda is like a roadmap for a meeting. It lists the activities that will happen during a meeting, when they will happen, and in what order. The main purpose of an agenda is to give participants a clear outline of the meeting's structure.

  • A SAFe ROAM Board allows you and your team to highlight risks so that you can take action. After someone identifies and records a risk, you have to decide what to do next.

  • Kaizen is a business philosophy that originated in Japan. It is based on the continuous improvement of working practices and personal efficiency. In companies that follow this philosophy, all members of the organization—from the CEO down to individual contributors—are expected to participate in kaizen practices.

Support creating boards in Confluence Space

Now, you can create a whiteboard for a specific space in confluence so that only people with access to that space can see it. This feature allows teams to work more effectively on individual projects that require security.

Improvements

Besides the new features, we're also bringing a new improvement: Admins can view and delete private boards created by other users.

Bug fixes

Additionally, in this version release, we also fixed some bugs to keep the app running smoothly and enhance your experience.

  • Resolved toolbar overlaps.

  • Fixed mini-map overlaps in the macro.

  • Addressed issue where characters in the checklist box would disappear.

  • Rectified the problem where the drawing box could not be saved.

  • Fixed the deletion of comments when other users select the sticky note.
