How Do Agilebox's Main Features Help Your Team?

Planning Poker: Estimate effort accurately for user stories or tasks with colorful cards and a UX-friendly interface

Retrospective Meeting: Reflect on performance, identify areas for improvement, and strengthen collaboration using diverse meeting templates.

Daily Stand-Up Report: Keep your team aligned, track progress, and check in on your team's daily mood.

Learn how to start:

  1. Move the Issue:

    • By default, your issue will appear in the backlog. Drag it into the Estimated column.

  1. Join the Game:

    • Click Estimate Now to start the game immediately.

Alternatively, you can create a custom game room for your team by clicking the Create Game button.

  1. Create a New Meeting:

    • Click ‘New Meeting’ to set up a new meeting room.

  1. Enter Details and Select a Template:

    • Fill in the required information and choose a template that suits your needs.

 

You’re now ready to start your retrospective meeting!

    • Click Start New Daily Standup.

  1. Enter General Information:

    • Fill in the basic details for your standup.

  2. Customize the Report:

    • Tailor the standup report to suit your team's needs.

  3. Add Team Members:

    • Invite your team members to participate.
