Scheduling for Clients

Scheduling for clients in TimePlanner ensures your projects remain organized, on track, and aligned with client expectations while giving you greater control over managing client-related work.

With this feature, you can:

Assign tasks to a specific client by linking them directly to their profile.

Associate tasks with the client’s ongoing projects, ensuring all work is accurately tracked under the correct client profile.

To schedule an Issue for clients, the user must have Client Admin or App Admin permissions.

To schedule tasks for clients, please follow the steps below:

Assign Clients for the new task

  • Start by creating a new Issue in the TeamBoard TimePlanner

  • In the Planning Dialog, locate the 'Client' option and select the relevant client for this task (You can assign multiple clients to the same task)

  • Click the ‘Plan’ button to finalize the scheduling process.

Assign or Update Clients for the existing task

To assign or update clients for an existing task in TeamBoard TimePlanner, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the schedule board and find the task you want to update.

  2. Click on the task card to open the Planning Details on the right side.

  3. Select the ‘Plan’ tab to access scheduling options.

  4. In the Clients field, add or remove the relevant clients:

    • To add clients, type the client’s name and select it from the dropdown list.

    • To remove a client, click the ‘X’ next to their name.

  5. Once the updates are complete, click the ‘Update’ button to save the changes.
