My Profile
The "My Profile" section in TimePlanner serves as a centralized hub for individual users or authorized admins to manage and update information and preferences within the platform.
It's designed to enhance the user experience by providing a personalized space where you can manage profiles as well as navigate to other important tabs easily, including the Overview, Profile, Leaves, Reports, and Settings.
→ When you select "My Profile" you are taken directly to the profile tab.
1. Overview
In the "Overview" tab, you can view a summary of key information related to your profile. This includes relevant data such as your projects, workload, scheduled tasks, time logs, and other essential statistics.
2. Profile
Switch to the "Profile" tab to view detailed information about yourself. This includes your job title, department, introduction, years of experience, working experiences (such as project name, position, project start, description, and skill set), and technical skills.
Only App Admins and individual users can update their own profile information.
You can edit your profile information. Look for an "Edit Profile" option.
You have the option to export your profile to a document format such as DOCX or PDF. This can be useful for sharing or printing your profile.
Some field data (technical skills, job title, and department) require metadata created by the Admin. Learn more here about how to create these data.
Profile Fields
Job Title: Select from the available positions.
Department: Select from the list of departments.
Introduction: Provide a brief self-introduction.
Years of Experience: Enter the number of years.
Technical Skills: Select skills from the predefined list and rate each skill from 1 to 5 stars. Users can have multiple skills.
Note: Add additional notes about the resource.
Experience: Describe work experience.
3. Leave
The ‘Leave’ tab enables users to track their leave status and submit leave requests directly within the tab.
Report
The "Report" tab provides access to all reports associated with your profile, allowing you to view detailed insights, track progress, and review performance metrics relevant to your tasks or activities.
Settings
Access the "Settings" tab to customize various aspects. This includes configuring options such as the default approver, daily capacity, notifications, and the holiday calendar.
