1. Planning Events

An event in the Schedule board is a task that is not a Jira issue and is not included in the scheduled time.

  • To create an event

On the scheduler, click on the desired date to open the planning dialog > Then select the 'Events' tab > Fill in all mandatory fields (*) > click on the Add button.

  • To edit or delete an event

To adjust the event, simply hover over it. Click "Edit" to update the information, or "Delete" to remove the event.

Note: Only creators can edit or delete events.

2. Event Marker Color

An Event Marker Color is a visual indicator used on the schedule board or calendar view to differentiate between various types of events. TeamBoard ProScheduler allows users to modify event marker colors, which are categorized into three types: Basic, Custom, and Default.

  • Basic: A selection of standard colors is available on the menu.

  • Custom: Users can personalize the colors according to their preferences.

  • Default: Colors predefined by the admin, automatically applied when creating a new event.

To set up the default event marker color

To update, The administrators need to follow these steps:

  • Go to the Settings > click on General.

  • Click on the color box under the Default event marker color to select or change the default color.

  • Once you've chosen your preferred color, click the Save Changes button to apply your settings.

3. Event Reminder:

With our event reminders, you’ll never miss a beat. When setting up an event, you can now schedule reminders for all participants, keeping everyone on track.

Simply choose a start time and set the reminder interval, so everyone receives timely alerts about the event.
