App admins

Users in this role have full permission to access all data ( create/update/delete) and also change configurations in TeamBoard TimePlanner.

Users can access all tabs and view all user's data.

Organization admin and Jira admin who want to manage TeamBoard TimePlanner for their company

Team admins

Users in this role have permission to:

  • Create/delete teams, add/remove members in a team, set team leader, manage team permission and browse team.

  • Manage resource planning in teams ( Create/Update/Delete Task)

  • Manage work log of other members ( logging time for other members and submitting timesheets on their behalf)

  • Access team data or individual data who are in teams

  • Manage team profiles

  • Manage Team Permission

Users in this role have permission to:

  • Create, update, and delete their personal planning.

  • Create personal events in TeamBoard.

  • Access personal scheduled hours data in Dash board and Report.

Can view all tabs but except Timesheet Approval, Leave approval, Client and Cost tab

All users who using TeamBoard TimePlanner to manage tasks.

Client viewers

Users in this role have permissions permission to:

  • View Client's portfolios but can not edit any information.
