App admin: Users in this role have full permission to access all data and also change configuration in TeamBoard TimePlanner

Billing/Cost Admin: Users in this group have permission to plan cost, see cost report and update cost related data

Client Admin: Users in this group can manage Client records, schedule for client, see client reports.
