2. Create in the Generic Resource page
Navigate to the Resources tab → Select the Generic Resources tab.
Click the +Create button to create a new Generic Resource.
Fill in the Name (required) and Skills (optional) → Click Add to finalize the creation.

Select Delete from the dropdown menu → When deleting a Generic Resource, you will be prompted to choose from the following options:
Reassign: Select a new assignee to transfer any tasks currently assigned to the generic resource (Refer to this guide to explore Reassign Tasks from Generic Resources to Members)
Delete: Permanently delete the generic resource without reassigning tasks.
Discard: Cancel the deletion process.
