For the existing plans scheduled on the TeamBoard board, you can:

Access to the Planning Details

You will have two options to open the Planning Details on the schedule board:

OPTION 1

Right-click on an existing task and choose “Planning Detail” → the Planning detail will appear in the right panel

OPTION 2

Click directly on a specific Task Card to open the Planning Detail in the right panel.

Update a General Plan

The GENERAL tab lets you view and update the general of a specific task in TeamBoard, including Jira issue information like duration, planned time, status, and more.

(1) Jira Issue key

Click on the issue key to open the Jira issue detail view.

(3) Plan Duration

Showcase the start dates and end dates of the task.

(4) Planning Detail

  • Original Estimate (Jira): Initial time estimate from Jira.

  • Planned Time: Total planned hours for the task.

  • Unplanned Time: is the extra time spent on a task beyond the Original est plan.

Unplanned Time = Original Est − Planned Time

  • Logged Time: Total hours already logged on this task.

  • Remaining est: Refers to the estimated time still needed to complete a task.

Remaining Est = Planned time - Logged time

  • Color: Indicates the task color.

(5) Issue Detail (Jira)

  • Assignee: Shows the team member assigned to this task.

→ To update another assignee, please access the Plan tab.

  • Reporter: The person who created the task.

  • Story Point: Represents the complexity of the task

  • Label: Additional tagging or categorization of the task.
