Planning tasks and events for your team is much simpler with our Calendar view.

Planning Tasks / Events

1. Planning directly on a specific date:

Click on a date or a range of dates on the calendar to open a dialog. With this dialog, you have some options to plan tasks and events:

  1. Plan for an existing issue by entering the issue summary or issue key

  2. Create a new issue, then add this issue as a plan to the calendar

  3. Create a new event, then add your event to the calendar view

The tasks/events will be scheduled for the date or range of dates you initially selected.

2. Planning using the Issue Box:

  1. On the Calendar view, click the ‘Issues’ button to open the Issue Box

  2. Enter the desired issue key or summary in the search bar to quickly locate the task you intend to schedule or using quick filter to find exactly what you're looking for.

  1. Drag and drop the located issue onto the appropriate spot on the calendar for scheduling or assigning/reassigning tasks to other members.
