Create a dependency

To create a dependency, hover your mouse on the plan to show 2 dots at two ends of the plan.

Open

• Click and drag the pointer to the plan you want to have the relationship with.

Open

• Then a line will show up to show the relationship between the two plans

Dependency details

Click on the line to see the dependency details:

• A dependency is a relationship between predecessor and successor tasks.

• The predecessor is the first task; it controls the start or end date for all related successor tasks.

• The successor, by contrast, is the task whose start or end date is controlled by the predecessor.

Users can unlink both tasks' dependencies by clicking on the unlink icon on the dependency details popup.
