Installation

There are 2 ways to install the app

Install from Jira instance Apps menu

Go to Apps menu
Choose Explore more apps section
Search for the ProductGo (Agile User Story Map, Portfolio Roadmaps & Persona for Jira) app
Install and try the app for free in 30 days by clicking the Try it now button

Install from Atlassian Marketplace

Access to Atlassian Marketplace
Search for the ProductGo (Agile User Story Map, Portfolio Roadmaps & Persona for Jira) app

Access ProductGo

There are 3 ways to access the app from your Jira instance

From Apps home page

Click on Apps, and find the ProductGo in the dropdown list

Find your story map from these 3 sections Portfolios - Projects - Agile boards. Or access to Advanced Personas feature.

Portfolios: This section allows users to Create and Access to Portfolio Board feature
Projects: Browse and access to story maps of all projects in your Jira instance
Agile boards: Browse and access to story maps of all Agile boards in your Jira instance

From project sidebar menu

Click on the ProductGo button in the menu on the left side to open the board

From Jira Agile board

Not only Project, the app also provides story map associated with Jira Agile board. Access it by going to the board and clicking on ProductGo in the top right corner
