Board View Mode in TeamBoard ProScheduler refers to a calendar-based scheduling interface that allows users to manage and visualize their tasks, events, and team schedules across various timeframes. It provides a user-friendly way to track and organize workloads, projects, and timelines with flexibility and clarity.

There are 3 View Modes in the board:

DAY VIEW

  • Provides a focused view of tasks, events, and time-off days scheduled for three consecutive days.

→ It is ideal for short-term planning and daily reviews.

WEEK VIEW

  • Shows a seven-day range to monitor short-term schedules and activities.

→ Ideal for managing team schedules over the next 7 days and coordinating short-term tasks.

MONTH VIEW

  • Displays all tasks and events in a grid format organized by a specific month.

→ Best for strategic planning and long-term forecasting.
