1. What is Timesheet Approval?
Timesheet Approval is the process in Teamboard TimePlanner where managers or designated approvers review and decide whether to approve, reject, or request modifications to timesheets submitted by employees.
2. Who Has Permission to Approve Timesheet Requests?
To approve timesheets in Teamboard TimePlanner, a user must have the "Timesheet Approver" permission enabled in the permission settings.

3. How Access to Timesheet Approval
Timesheets that were sent to the approver to approve are listed in Approval → Timesheet
4. How to Approve Timesheet Requests
Timesheet approvals include the following statuses:
Pending: The number of timesheets waiting for approval.
Approved: The number of timesheets that have been approved.
Rejected: The number of timesheets that have been rejected.
The approver can view timesheet details, and choose to approve or reject them.
4.1 Approve Multiple Timesheets at Once
In the Approvals List, check the boxes next to the timesheets you want to approve or reject. You can select multiple timesheets simultaneously.
After selecting the desired timesheets, bulk action buttons will appear at the top: Approve or Reject then Apply it
After clicking "Apply," the approver can add notes or comments for the timesheet owners.
4.2 Revoke Timesheet Approval
When the submitter decides to make changes and requests resubmission, the requests will be sent to the approver and they can Revoke it.
To approve the Recall Request, Click the Revoke icon (circular arrow) next to the timesheet entry that needs to be revoked. This action will open a confirmation dialog.
