To access the detail page of any resource in AssetIT, simply click on its name. This action will provide you with comprehensive information about the selected resource.

The Details page enables you to access various sections including Info, Used By, Attachments, and History.

  • Info: This tab provides comprehensive details about the item. You can customize the displayed data fields by toggling the image-20240926-042748.png icon to show or hide specific information.

  • Used By: Provides a detailed overview of which users or assets have checked out the license.

  • Attachments: Allows you to view and upload attachments. Supported formats include doc, docx, pdf, xlsx, txt, xml, zip, rtf, and rar.

  • History: Logs all actions taken regarding this license.
