Updating Plans
For the existing plans scheduled on the TimePlanner board, you can:
To update other member's plans, users need both ‘View team schedules’ and ‘Manage team schedule’ in Team Permission.
Assigning a plan to multiple assignees is not available for Jira Field Mapping projects.
To open the Planning Details:
Simply select directly the Issue Card on the schedule board > then the Planning Details will appear directly in the right-hand panel including 3 tabs: details plan history
1. Update a Plan's Details
The details tab allows you can view and update details of a specific task in TimePlanner, including Jira issue information like duration, planned time, status, and more.

2. Reassign Resources & Add More Plans

3. Task Planning History
The HISTORY tab allows you to view the history logs of your task planning to better track changes and adjustments over time such as task's schedule, assignees, and related information.
Task Planning History is not available for Jira Field Mapping projects.
4. Remove/Unplan a Task from the Schedule Board
There are 3 ways to remove a task from the board:
On each Issue Card, use the icon to unplan the task.
From the Planning Details, click on icon to remove the task.
→ A confirmation prompt will appear, allowing you to confirm or cancel the action. Click on YES to remove the task from the board.

In the Jira Issue Detail view, open the TeamBoard TimePlanner app → To remove a plan from the board, click the X on each plan you want to delete.
5. Bulk Task Editing
Bulk action on the Schedule board allows users to make changes to multiple tasks at once.
Users can select multiple tasks by checking the box on each task card → When tasks are selected, a bulk action toolbar appears on the board. (The toolbar can be flexibly moved to different positions on the board.)
From here, users can update:
Change the task card color
Assign tasks for additional members.
Unplan tasks.
