Categories allow users to classify and organize assets, accessories, licenses, components, and consumables into distinct categories.

Create a category

  • Click on image-20250114-065254.png

  • Fill in the category name.

  • Choose a resource type for the category: Asset, Accessory, License, Component, or Consumable.

  • Click image-20250114-084858.png to finish.

Edit/Delete Categories

  • Click on image-20250114-065429.png to edit and image-20250114-065528.png to delete a category.

Export Categories

  • Categories can be exported for record-keeping or data migration purposes.

  • Click on image-20250114-070400.png to download the data in CSV or PDF file format.
