Recurring Tasks

The Recurring Tasks feature in TeamBoard ProScheduler allows users to set tasks that repeat on a regular schedule. This feature is particularly useful for managing routine activities and ensuring that important tasks are never overlooked.

Manage Recurring Task Series

If you update a task in a recurring series, this action will delete all existing tasks in the series and create a new series with your changes.

Update the Recurring Series

Choose the specific task in the recurring series that you want to update > Click on the ‘Edit’ icon.

There are 3 options:

  • This task: Update the working hours for this task only

  • This and the following tasks: The selected task and all subsequent occurrences in the series will be updated with your changes.

  • All tasks in the series: All tasks in the entire recurring series will be updated with the new changes.

Delete Recurring Tasks

Choose a task from your recurring series > click on the Edit icon > navigate to ‘All tasks in the series’ option > under the Repeat option, click on ‘Don’t repeat' to disable recurrence > click on ‘Save’ to apply the changes
